Our mattresses are produced entirely in Hungary. From foam cutting to mattress cover production, every step of the manufacturing process is carried out by our skilled professionals. Our team carefully cuts the foam to size, while our experienced seamstresses meticulously sew the covers in our own workshop.

Raw Material Procurement and Storage

To supply the foam materials needed for our products, we use a unique, custom-designed compression truck (220 m³/FTL) capable of transporting foam blocks—an approach that is one of a kind in the country. This method allows us to prioritize both cost-efficiency and environmental responsibility.

We work with wide range of raw materials, including various types of Bonnell and pocket springs, allowing us to flexibly meet the diverse needs of our partners—whether they're looking for classic or premium mattress solutions.

The materials required for production are stored in our block warehouse, where we manage and handle over 50 different types of foam using professional CAT forklifts.

We offer the full range of materials required for mattress production: mattress cover fabrics, borders, and all other essential accessories—including zippers, threads, and sewing supplies—are available in one place, ensuring fast and seamless manufacturing.

Production

Our production floor is equipped with the most modern machinery available on the market.

Horizontal and Vertical Cutting

In our facility, we precisely cut foam components for mattress production in both horizontal and vertical directions. This process is supported by our high-tech, PLC-controlled FEMA machines, ensuring consistent quality and reliable dimensional accuracy.

Contour Cutting

We cut our contour-shaped mattresses using CNC-controlled Albrecht Bäumer and Fecken-Kirfel contour cutting machines. These professional-grade systems enable the precise, millimeter-accurate cutting of complex shapes, ensuring outstanding ergonomics and a perfect fit for every single mattress.

Adhesion Technology

When it comes to bonding, we use both hot-melt and water-based adhesive systems:

The layers of our mattresses are joined using Simalfa, a Swiss-developed, eco-friendly water-based adhesive that ensures a clean, healthy, and odorless bond.
In addition, we employ state-of-the-art hot-melt technology, which not only provides strong and clean adhesion, but also prevents mold formation—making our mattresses more durable, hygienic, and able to maintain their premium quality over time.

Sewing

To meet customer expectations and enhance the efficiency and flexibility of our production processes, we established our own in-house sewing department. Mattress covers are sewn using professional tape-edge, interlock, and overlock machines, enabling high precision and consistent quality.

Packaging

Using our advanced 3D automatic packaging machine, we vacuum-seal and roll our mattresses. Thanks to their compact size, these packaged products can be safely delivered anywhere in the country—quickly and cost-effectively—via courier services.

Transportation

To provide our partners with fast, precise (JIT), and reliable service, we handle the delivery of our finished products with our own fleet of trucks. Using our 55 m³ and 80 m³ trucks, we efficiently transport large quantities of vacuum-packed mattresses. For smaller orders, we ensure quick home delivery across the country via courier services, offering flexible and dependable logistics solutions for all our partners.
