Raw Material Procurement and Storage
We transport the raw materials required for our product manufacturing to our site using a uniquely specialized foam block press truck (220 m³/FTL) — the only one of its kind in the country — with a strong focus on cost-efficiency and environmental sustainability.
The production inventory is stored in our block warehouse, where we handle and store over 50 types of foam using professional CAT forklifts.

Our production floor is equipped with the most modern machinery available on the market.
Technical design
The design of our custom, die-cut products is based on models and technical drawings provided by our partners.
Horizontal cutting
In our facility, horizontal cutting of foam blocks is performed using PLC-controlled FEMA machines.
Vertical cutting
In our facility, vertical cutting of foam blocks is performed using PLC-controlled FEMA machines.
Contour cutting
We meet our partners' needs using CNC-controlled contour cutting machines from Albrecht Bäumer and Fecken-Kirfel.
Profiling
Foam product profiling is carried out using our dedicated profiling machine.
Angle cutting
Bevel cutting of foam components is performed using an Albrecht Bäumer angle cutting machine.
Milling
Radius shaping of foam components is performed using an Albrecht Bäumer milling machine.Bonding
In terms of adhesive technology, we operate both hot-melt and water-based systems.
Packaging
Vacuum packing and rolling of foam sheets are carried out using our 3D automatic packaging machine to facilitate easier transportation.
Baling and Shredding
Baling
During foam component production, the offcuts from foam blocks are baled (260–300 kg per bale).
Shredding
During foam component production, the offcuts from foam blocks are shredded. We offer both memory foam and mixed foam shred types.
Warehousing
Finished goods are stored using the ABAS German ERP system, which ensures efficient tracking and optimized inventory management.
Transportation
To ensure precise (JIT), fast, and reliable service to our customers, we handle finished goods delivery with our own fleet of three trucks (55 m³, 80 m³, and 200 m³ press truck), providing high reliability and security for our partners' production processes.
