Upholstery Foam Products

We can also fulfill our clients' unique and special needs. Upon request, we manufacture and assemble our foam products based on custom models, technical drawings, or templates. We also produce tailor-made foam components for custom furniture. Below are a few sample pieces we have created.

Sheet and Custom-Cut Foam Products

We cut foam blocks into sheets of the desired thickness using a horizontal foam cutting machine. Upon request, we also cut them to custom sizes with a vertical cutting machine. The finished sheets are delivered to our customers wrapped in protective film.

Template-Based Products

We produce various shaped products by placing templates onto sheets cut to the desired thickness, using vertical foam cutting machines.

2D and 3D Contour-Cut Products

We cut 2D and 3D foam shapes from foam blocks using CNC-controlled contour cutting machines. Bevel cutting and milling of foam components are performed based on the technical drawings provided by our partners.

Bonded products

Foam sheets and contour-cut products are bonded using environmentally friendly SIMALFA water-based, or hot-melt adhesive technology.

Our Foam Types

We offer a wide range of foam materials, including standard polyurethane foams, high-resilience (HR) foams, memory foams (viscoelastic), and rebonded (recycled) foams.

Standard polyurethane foams

Standard polyurethane foams are reliable, versatile materials that have proven their value in upholstery and mattress manufacturing for decades. Available in various densities and firmness levels, they offer suitable options for almost any application. Thanks to their good shape-conforming ability and flexible support, they provide comfortable cushioning. Their excellent price-performance ratio makes them one of the most popular foam types in the industry.

High-resilience (HR) foams

We can confidently say that cold foam is perhaps the best foam material of the 21st century. It offers outstanding comfort while providing excellent breathability, ensuring long-lasting freshness. The advantage of cold foam is that it deforms less even under heavy use, maintaining its shape and supportive qualities over the long term.

R3536

R4036

R4246

The R3536 type cold foam is a medium-firm, high-resilience polyurethane foam (HR foam) that provides outstanding comfort while offering excellent breathability.

Density [kg/m³]: 35 kg/m³

Firmness [kPa]: 3.6 kPa

Sheet width [cm]: 140 cm, 160 cm, 180 cm

Usage: premium, medium-firm sleeping surfaces, backrests, armrests

The R4036 type cold foam is a medium-firm to firm, high-resilience polyurethane foam (HR foam) that provides outstanding comfort while offering excellent breathability.

Density [kg/m³]: 40 kg/m³

Firmness [kPa]: 3.6 kPa

Sheet width [cm]: 140 cm, 160 cm, 180 cm

Usage: premium medium-firm to firm sleeping surfaces

The R4246 type cold foam is a firm, high-resilience polyurethane foam (HR foam) that provides outstanding comfort while offering excellent breathability.

Density [kg/m³]: 42 kg/m³

Firmness [kPa]: 4.6 kPa

Sheet width [cm]: 140 cm, 160 cm, 180 cm

Usage: premium firm sleeping surfaces

Memory foams

Memory foam—also known as viscoelastic foam—is one of the most advanced types of foam, perfectly adapting to the body's shape and pressure points. Its heat-sensitive structure slowly and evenly molds to the body, providing exceptional comfort and pressure relief. Although its breathability is more limited compared to cold foam, it is highly favored as a premium material for mattresses and pillows due to its comfort and customized support.

V4015

V5018

V4015 is a medium-firm memory foam that perfectly adapts to the body's shape and pressure points.

Density [kg/m³]: 40 kg/m³

Firmness [kPa]: 1.5 kPa

Sheet width [cm]: 140 cm, 160 cm, 180 cm

Usage: memory foam sleeping/seating surfaces, mattresses

V5018 is a firm, denser type of memory foam that perfectly adapts to the body's shape and pressure points.

Density [kg/m³]: 50 kg/m³

Firmness [kPa]: 1.8 kPa

Sheet width [cm]: 140 cm, 160 cm, 180 cm

Usage: memory foam sleeping/seating surfaces, mattresses

Heterogeneous foams

Heterogeneous foam is an eco-friendly foam made from recycled materials, which, thanks to its excellent mechanical properties, is extremely durable and long-lasting. It is produced by compressing and gluing various foam scraps, resulting in a density and load-bearing capacity that significantly exceed those of traditional foams. It is especially suitable for high-stress surfaces such as sports mats, fitness pads, or industrial packaging.
